The lady identified as Cynthia who is based in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state capital, received a surprise proposal from her lover whom she met on Facebook some time ago.
After saying a big YES to his proposal, the excited lady took to Facebook (where she met him) to publicly profess her love for him.
